ALL hiring is conducted and processed by CareerPath Staffing. We never use third-party recruiters.

These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by CareerPath Staffing, also written Career Path Staffing ("CareerPath Staffing," "we," "us," or "our"), including messages sent for our career services programs such as Resume Wiz. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description and types of messages

We send the following types of messages to the mobile number you provide:

• Appointment confirmations: confirming a strategy call or consultation you booked, including the date, time, and join link.
• Appointment reminders: reminders before your scheduled call, including the join link and a reschedule link.
• Customer care and conversational replies: answers when you text us a question, and messages about your placement, program, or account.
• Account and service notifications: notices about your program, such as an upcoming renewal or a change to your schedule.

The purpose of these messages is to confirm and support the appointments and staffing, recruiting, and career services you requested. We do not send messages unrelated to those purposes.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages on one of our web forms or appointment booking pages, or by texting us first or asking us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to work with us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment related messages are typically 3 messages per booked appointment, a confirmation plus two reminders. Most recipients receive no more than about 6 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Career Path Staffing does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send and receive.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. Opting out does not affect your job placement or your candidacy with us.

Supported carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our SMS privacy statement and our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
